COLLETT TRACEY

Collett facilitates staff training throughout the company as our Director of Education. Collett brings more than 25 years of experience as a well-respected academic. She holds degrees from the University of Ottawa, Carleton University as well as a Ph.D. from the Université de Montreal. She is the recipient of several professional academic awards. Her research and publications have been shared on campuses across North America. Her core skills include education leadership, group facilitation and teaching, learning needs assessment, curriculum design and development, employee engagement assessment and enhancement.
